В Этнодиалектном словаре Ульяновского Присурья представлены традиционные формы культуры в их взаимосвязи с экономическими и социально-культурными процессами XX — начала XXI века. Описание календарных и семейных праздников и обрядов, бытовых и праздничных форм поведения, наиболее важных персон и персонажей местного фольклора, а также употребительных типов фольклорных текстов сделано в форме словаря и основано на материалах полевых исследований авторов. Корпус Словаря предваряется Вводными очерками, посвященными анализу генезиса культурных форм, представленных в корпусе Словаря, для чего привлекаются сравнительные материалы из других регионов Центральной России, Русского Севера и Поволжья, а также архивные источники XIX века. Выводы авторов вводных очерков подкрепляются анализом локальных особенностей культуры в их взаимосвязи с историей заселения, этнокультурными и языковыми особенностями. Издание предназначено для специалистов по этнографии и фольклору, а также для широкого круга читателей, интересующихся этой проблематикой. In the Ethnodialect Dictionary of the Ulyanovsk Prisurye the traditional Forms of Culture in their interrelation with economic and socio-cultural Processes of the XX — beginning of the XXI Century are presented. The Description of the calendar and family Holidays and Rites, the everyday and festive forms of Behavior, the most important Persons and Characters of the local Folklore, and also the commonly used Types of folklore Texts is made in the Form of a Dictionary and is based on the Materials of field Research of the Authors. The Main Body of articles of the Dictionary is preceded by the Introductory Essays, devoted to the Analysis of the Genesis of cultural Forms, presented in the Body of the Dictionary, for which comparative Materials from other Regions of the Central Russia, Russian North and the Volga Region, and also the archival Sources of the XIX Century are used. The Conclusions of the Authors of the Introductory Essays are supported with the Analysis of the local Features of Culture in their Interrelation with the history of populating this Territory, as well as with the Study of the ethnocultural and language Features. The Edition is intended for Specialists in Ethnography and Folklore, as well as for wider circles of Readers interested in these Problems.
